Description

RegistryChain is building the trust-neutral social fabric through universal verified facts (Entity.ID) and the compilation of legally binding agreements into computationally binding ones.

We enable normies to collaborate across the globe by co-founding ventures in a predictable, trustless way; households to protect family rights independently of states and governments; and society to navigate relationships with frontier entities — such as AI, DAOs, humanoids, and autonomous systems — while safeguarding social order in an evolving world.

The problems we work on sit at the intersection of law, cryptography, artificial intelligence, political science, governance, and social systems. We build real-world applications on blockchain while abstracting the blockchain away entirely, enabling trustless collaboration with institutional reliability.

This work demands rigor, taste, and a willingness to take responsibility for long-lived infrastructure. We’re looking for fundamental thinkers willing to stretch their limits and build things meant to outlive hype cycles.

About You

You come from a background in software development, legal systems, business administration, or platform operations, and you are crypto-native. You understand how blockchains actually work in practice: smart contracts, wallets, identity primitives, composability, and the realities of on-chain vs off-chain systems.

You’re comfortable operating at the intersection of technology, institutions, and markets, and you can engage equally with engineers, founders, legal teams, regulators, and external partners. You think in systems, not transactions, and you understand that business development in this context is about alignment, integration, and long-term trust, not short-term deals.

Ideally, you bring founder-level experience building from zero, owning execution, and turning relationships into real systems. You’ve led partnerships or ecosystem efforts in early or emerging domains and understand how relationships, clear articulation, timing, and trust compound over time.

You’ll Do

  • Own RegistryChain’s business development strategy, focused on ecosystem growth through partnerships, integrations, and registrar onboarding
  • Build and manage partnerships for the post-incorporation marketplace, including services such as,banking, payment processors, payroll, hiring, accounting and workforce platforms
  • Identify, onboard, and support partners whose services integrate directly with RegistryChain entities and appear in the marketplace
  • Drive identity and protocol integrations, positioning Entity.ID as a neutral, reusable identity layer across other platforms and systems
  • Establish partnerships with frontier-entity initiatives, including, AI agent, DAOs, governance, autonomous platforms and launchpads
  • Identify opportunities to onboard registrars across both private and real-world institutional environments
  • Build relationships with private registrars, platform-based registrars, and service providers offering entity formation and lifecycle services
  • Engage with real-world entity registrars, including boards of trade, free-zone operators, civil registries, and notarial or quasi-notarial authorities
  • Design collaboration and integration models that allow registrars to operate on or alongside RegistryChain while respecting jurisdictional and institutional constraints
  • Help define how traditional registrars and emerging digital registrars participate in a hybrid on-chain / off-chain registry ecosystem
  • Structure and manage partnership conversations end-to-end, from first contact through pilots, integrations, and long-term collaboration
  • Work closely with protocol, smart contract, legal, and product teams to ensure integrations are technically and legally sound
  • Collaborate with GTM and Public Interface roles to ensure partnerships are positioned and communicated clearly
  • Help shape RegistryChain’s long-term ecosystem strategy by identifying gaps, opportunities, and new integration categories

You’ll Get

In addition to salary, early-stage equity, a flexible remote work environment built on autonomy and trust, and direct impact building core Web3 protocols that solve real-world problems for the next generation of the trust-neutral social fabric.
