Description

RegistryChain is building the trust-neutral social fabric through universal verified facts (Entity.ID) and the compilation of legally binding agreements into computationally binding ones.

We enable normies to collaborate across the globe by co-founding ventures in a predictable, trustless way; households to protect family rights independently of states and governments; and society to navigate relationships with frontier entities — such as AI and humanoids — while safeguarding social order in an evolving world.

The problems we work on sit at the intersection of law, cryptography, artificial intelligence, political science, governance, and social systems. We build real-world applications on blockchain while abstracting the blockchain away entirely, enabling trustless collaboration with institutional reliability.

This work demands rigor, taste, and a willingness to take responsibility for long-lived infrastructure. We’re looking for fundamental thinkers willing to stretch their limits and build things meant to outlive hype cycles.

About You

You work at the boundary between legal meaning and machine execution.

You are familiar with computational law, smart legal agreements, and machine-readable contracts, and you’re comfortable expressing legal intent through schemas, logic, constraints, and rule systems.

You don’t aim to automate all law. You aim to make legal systems explicit, verifiable, and partially executable, while preserving human judgment where required.

You are legible to engineers, comfortable with formal representations, and able to collaborate closely with protocol and smart contract teams.

Ideally you’ve likely touched, studied and worked with Accord Project, OpenLaw, Catala, MIT Computational Law, Stanford CodeX / Legal Informatics..

You’ll Do

  • Act as the bridge between legally binding natural language and computationally binding systems
  • Translate subjective legal terms and obligations into deterministic, machine-executable logic
  • Formalize constitutional models into schemas, constraints, rule engines, and computable representations
  • Decide what legal clauses can be:executed, verified, attested, simulated..
  • Formalize model laws and jurisdictional parameters for multi-jurisdictional compliance
  • Support governance and credentialing systems for frontier entities such as DAOs, AI agents, humanoids, and Autonomous Intelligent Cyber Entities
  • Work closely with Legal Systems Architects and smart contract engineers to preserve legal intent during formalization
  • Ensure systems are faithful-by-construction, meaning executable behavior cannot violate encoded legal requirements
  • Contribute to RegistryChain’s formal legal modeling and smart agreement stack

You’ll Get

In addition to salary, early-stage equity, a flexible remote work environment built on autonomy and trust, and direct impact building core infrastructure for the next generation of the trust-neutral social fabric.
